Ayer vino una abuelita, la Tochy! - nombre verdadero Clara (mama de Carla) -, a visitar por una semana. Maya y ella se llevan muy bien. Ya ayer fuimos todos a una fiesta a celebrar la pascua, y hoy salimos a visitar Lister Park aqui en Bradford, vimos los patitos en la laguna y visitamos la galeria de arte en Cartwright Hall.



Yesterday one grandma arrived for a one week visit. Clara (Carla's mom) and Maya are getting along great. Yesterday we celebrated Easter with some friends and today we visited Lister park here in Bradford, took in the nice weather while watching the ducks in the pond, and later visited the art gallery in Cartwright Hall.




Maya enjoyed Easter so much she decided to join the Easter bunny in its work.

!Hoy Maya cumple 1 mes! Y se le nota ya con su huehuecho triple y deditos gorditos. Pesa 8 lbs. 2 oz / 3.7 kg, significa que ha ganado 2.5 libras de su peso minimo cuando estuvimos en el hospital. Ya empezamos la etapa que alguna ropa ya no le queda. Hace 4 dias tambien descubrio sus dedos pulgares y se los chupa cuando tiene hambre.

Today Maya is one month! And she looks it, with a triple chin and fat fingers and toes. She weighs 8lbs 2 oz./3.7 kg, which means she's gained 2.5 pounds from her lowest weight when she was in the hospital. We're at the time now that she doesn't fit all her clothes. Four days ago, she also discovered her thumbs and she sucks them when she's hungry. Hint, hint!
